DMP-252 Core Drilling Machine
1. 3-speed gear regulation: different operating speed for different core drilling diameter in concrete. No load speed 560RPM – 252mm, No load speed 1120RPM – 102mm, No load speed 1680RPM 80mm. The magnitude of torque has an inverse proportion of no loading speed.
2. Electronic smart control for motor: our motor is equipped with Soft Start, PRCD, Overloading protection. Soft start helps the motor start slowly and then reach to no load speed in a few seconds. Also, it has the function to make motor stop working if the currency overloading.
3. Mechanical slipping clutch equipped: as a pro concrete core drill motor, it is one of the irreplaceable parts in machines. Mechanical gives more safety to operators, if the electronic protector out off work, it will work for protection. Maximize motor safety.
4. External carbon brushes: say no to the complex replacement of carbon brushes. Our carbon brushes inserted in the shell even can use a coin to open its cover.
5. New material armature: a conductive coil, bigger than the common in the market.
6. KHGEARS gears: polished gears with high abrasive resistance. In the function of better cooling and increase motors durability.
7. Mounting holes distance 79 x 41mm: this is a standard size for most leading core drill machine brands in Europe. So our core drill motor (stand) can be used with other Europe brands without changes.
DSP-252 Concrete Diamond Core Drill Stand:
1. Adjustable column: tilt capability with scale up to 45 degrees.
2. Motor mounted easily: quick-release clamp bracket and motor plate for easy installment of the drilling motor
3. New material for carriage: the carriage is made of AZ91D Magnesium alloy and the inner roller is an aluminum alloy.
4. Easy adjustment: an automatic spring back inside for easy adjust stabilisation bars.
5. “One for all” crank handle: as a 13mm wrench, the multi-purpose handle can be used to adjusting screws for leveling.
6. Aluminum column and steel teeth: in order to decrease the weight of core stand but keep its durability. We use a different material to maximize its performance.
7. Tool-free carriage lock lever: It uses precision roller guidance with fine adjustment.
